A complete team media day—portraits, posters/banners files, and social content delivered fast. Booster-funded packages available.
1) What is a high school media day?
A high school media day is a scheduled team photo session where we create consistent, professional portraits and content for the entire program—typically individual “hero” photos, team/group shots, and deliverables built for posters, banners, and social media. Booster-funded media days let the whole team get matching content in one organized shoot instead of scheduling individual sessions.

2) How long does a team media day take?
Most media days run 1.5–3 hours, depending on roster size and how many stations you want (individuals only vs. individuals + groups + coaches). We keep it efficient with a simple station flow so athletes rotate quickly.
3) Can you photograph varsity, JV, and C-team in one day?
Yes. We can structure the schedule by level (Varsity → JV → C-team). If your roster is large, we’ll recommend either (1) a longer single session or (2) two shorter blocks on the same day to keep it coach-friendly.
4) What’s the best location—gym, field, or outdoor shade?
Any of the three can work. Gyms are great for consistent lighting and weather-proof scheduling. Fields add a strong “sport environment” feel. Outdoor shade gives clean, flattering light. We’ll recommend the best option based on your sport, time of day, and what deliverables you want (posters/banners often benefit from controlled lighting).

5) Senior banners from same session?
Absolutely. We can shoot seniors during media day, deliver consistent banners.
6) Do you offer sponsor add-ons (logos on banners/posters)?
Yes. We can include sponsor placement on banners, posters, schedule graphics, or social assets depending on what your boosters want. This is a great way to help the booster club offset costs while giving sponsors real visibility.
7) How do you keep the look consistent across every athlete?
Consistency comes from a fixed lighting setup, repeatable posing flow, and standardized editing. We shoot each athlete through the same station and style so the final set looks cohesive—especially important for team posters, banner walls, and social graphics that feature multiple athletes side-by-side.
8) What does the booster package include for social media?
Booster-funded packages can include a “social kit” such as: team image set, athlete portraits sized for posting, optional starters/captains graphics, and schedule graphics. The goal is for your program to have ready-to-post content for announcements, game days, senior nights, and season promos.

9) What’s your turnaround time for finals?
Turnaround depends on the package and time of season, but we prioritize fast delivery for social and promotions. We’ll give you a clear delivery timeline when you book so boosters and coaches know exactly when to expect files for announcements and print deadlines.
10) Do you photograph coaches and staff too?
Yes. We can include headshots or group photos for coaches and staff. Many teams like having a clean coach photo set for team pages, social announcements, and end-of-season content.
11) Can you match our school colors and branding?
Yes. We don’t use one-size-fits-all templates like other area photographers. Your banners and schedule graphics are custom-designed for your team and your school’s look. That means you get a unique design you won’t see reused at another program down the road. We’ll build something that feels like your brand, not a copy-and-paste package.
12) What do you need from the coach/booster before media day?
We typically need: roster list (names + numbers), preferred schedule window, location choice (gym/field), and any sponsor/logo requirements. We’ll also provide a simple run-of-show so everyone knows where to be and what to bring.
13) How far in advance should we book?
The best dates (especially pre-season and early season) go quickly. Booking earlier helps you lock in a preferred day/time and ensures you have content ready for season launches, schedule posts, and sponsor promotions.
